Service Description

The Spa Day is a treat for the whole body. Two Full Hours of decadent deep tissue massage that incorporates a lot of the techniques that make a Shelley Massage so special. Deep tissue for your muscle issues, thai stretching, and plenty of time to both address pain AND relax. Your Spa Day massage incudes hot stones AND fire cupping! Of course we incorporate a 20 minute foot scrub and wrap to leave you completely relaxed and renewed! As always, speak to me regarding your goals and expectations.
