At Bodhi Tree Bodyworks, the health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority. With that in mind, we are taking additional steps to be extra vigilant amid peak flu season and growing concerns around coronavirus. In this industry, Bodhi Tree already currently adheres to Universal Safety Precautions and every team member is stringent with hand washing, sanitizing our treatment rooms, and using medical grade disinfectant on our tools and surfaces- after every single client visits us.
Part of the initial training a therapist or front desk worker receives when hired at Bodhi Tree is how to disinfect a space. Handwashing, sanitizing every single surface a client or therapist may have touched in their visit (door knobs, chairs, tables, sinks, tools, lotions, essential oils, face cradle, etc), washing all linens (if you’ve ever heard that some massage therapists reuse their blankets between clients rest assured that has never happened at Bodhi Tree) and only when the room is 100% clean, setting up for the next client.
We would like to encourage our clients to follow these precautions always, but certainly during this time:
If you are showing any signs of illness please do contact us to reschedule your appointment. As much as we love to share, we would prefer not to share your germs!
When you arrive in the spa, please do head to the restroom and wash your hands well in hot soapy water before your appointment.
We stock hand sanitizer, bleach wipes and 90% alcohol, if you would like to sanitize your phone, keys, etc, let us know and we will provide you with any of these.
Please do feel confident that we always hold high standards to prevent the spread of illness and disease, and as this situation evolves we will continue to evaluate what steps we need to take in order to keep our team and community safe. Thank you for your assistance in keeping Denton healthy and well!
