Hydration Recipe

Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. Here is this week’s hydration recipe:

Cucumber Mint Water

Ingredients:

1 small cucumber

8 mint leaves

Water

Instructions:

Thinly slice one small cucumber

Muddle the mint leaves

Add the sliced cucumbers and mint to a pitcher of water

Stir gently and place in refrigerator until chilled

Mother’s Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful Moms out there! Mothers are some of the hardest working people on the planet. Having children is nerve-wracking. You're responsible for the upbringing of a human being, and trying to make the right choices for you and your family is a tough responsibility. It's not easy to balance work, children and family. So on Mother’s Day we get to say thank you for all the sacrifices and dedication.

If you are a Mom, remember to take some time for self-care. With all the demands on your time, it can be easy to always put others first. However, if you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t have anything left to give to those you love.

If you have a special Mom in your life (mother-in-laws count too), we suggest giving her the gift of relaxation. Let us pamper her with a massage. We promise she’ll thank you.
